My car was in for MOT, which was done in the agreed timescales, and my car was cleaned inside and out before it was returned
Had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment, by which time my mot had expired. Loan car had an insurance fee attached which should have been covered by mini. Cronky old Nissan Juke with 33k miles on it. If I bring in a mini I expect a mini as a loan car.

Service was excellent and I also enjoyed the emails leading up to delivery of my new car. Car arrived earlier than expected too! And of course I am over the moon with the vehicle!
I was not happy with the quote of £1500 for "bodywork damage". This amounted to some very light scratching which was easily removed with T-Cut scratch remover. I am very glad I took a look before giving the go-ahead.
Couldnt have been more helpful and obliging with a customer in a hurry . Everything was done to let us collect the car ASAP and the young sales lady , Kayleigh rang to check all was okay the next day .
Staff at Banstead are great.
I had an explanation of why the 12v socket fuse kept blowing which i felt was rather condescending and showed an ignorance of the subject.
Was told it would be 90 minutes, took 150 minutes. No apologies or updates. Had not recorded to look at central locking (mentioned when booking) attitude of staff was poor. Difficult to get appointment, had to wait 3 weeks for any mini dealer slot

The service was done with the provision of a courtesy car. However, it could not be completed because pads for the JCW were not held in stock. I have to repeat the process in 3 weeks time to complete the service, which is less than ideal planning
Dropping the car involved 30 minute wait.Work not completed; some faults still exist.Cannot connect the phones to Car & requested help.Have phoned Cooper Banstead 3 times including request a call from the service manager. Still no one phoned back.

Had to argue regarding whether work was carried out under warranty. Inexpensive repair, but it was principle. PAID FOR TRACKING TO BE FIXED + 2 TYRES IN APRIL... now 6 months later the valve has corroded off?!

1st booking was for a short while-you-wait service, timed for 1/2 term. I arrived to be told that it was actually a major service that would take 2.5-3 hours.I rebooked.2nd booking, having taken time off work they hadn't got me as a while-you-wait.
Dropped my car off at 8 am for a simple oil change and filter. Had to wait for the car till gone 6 pm.Also the recall work that it was booked in for didnt happen. Garage had run out of parts.
Again, no valet of the car, and trying to make me pay £270 for something I dont even need
As above, I have no complaints.
MOT failure was fixed free of charge as agreed when I purchased the car a year ago.
Outlined options, called as he said he would.

collected my car, there was a lot to be fixed with the car. there was no quote for the work. When I collected it, the member of staff said my service book had never been completed. It had only been serviced with mini. Car was also not very clean

my current Mini is my fourth all of which I have bought from you, this was my first service as not done 9k miles yet, only issue was my washers not working and the filter had to be removed as told blocked, and this I had to pay for, I was not happy.
